Most amazing wedding venue. Excellent curtious staff. Out of this world bedrooms Would love to do it all again but alas you will need a bottomless purse to beat the day I was lucky enough have been a guest at.
Perfect relaxing overnight stay. Lovely rooms and lounges. Ordered dinner to our room and was blown away by the standard of the food. Will definitely try the main restaurant next time we are here. Breakfast the following day was again excellent food. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

Stayed as overnight guest, ample parking, comfortable room if a little small and tired bathroom but could easily be brought up to date. Nice leisure facilities, good gym with great selection of equipment. Pool area well presented too. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty using good quality produce. Overall very reasonable price, would definitely stay again. Well done.
Absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and spa. Fantastic service from staff and wonderful spa treatments. Evening meal and breakfast were both 1st class and I can't fault at all. The room was lovely. Full of character. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Our room was part of the old building and was full of character and quirkiness. Perfect stay in the perfect location for town and the riverside

Room was very well presented and it was obvious a lot of attention had gone into decor. Bed was comfy and as a double big enough for 1. Room was very warm at night but had lovely views from window and was quiet. Food was excellent and well cooked both at dinner and breakfast. Only minor thing which let it down a little was staff. Both were very young and lacked a little focus on customer experience. At dinner I was directed to find a table and wait but after waiting a good while and not being offered a menu or drink I had to go and ask for both. There is a lovely little cocktail bar but as no staff I could not try it. Perhaps I was just unlucky and stayed a night when they were short staffed. Would still recommend the GT for a stopover!
Second visit in 3 months and excellent food again. The pop corn king prawns are devine and wish it was a main course. Best restaurant for miles. Not cheap but great for a treat. Staff very friendly and beautiful decor.

Reasonable bed & breakfast at the back of the pub smack in the center of the town. Good customer service & excellent breakfast. Room had high wood beamed ceilings and wifi. Ensuite toilet needs refurbishing especially the shower. Free water with tea making facilities and fluffy towels. It looks like there has been some investment in the furniture. Parking available on a first come first served basis.
I went there just once. The food are delicious and the place is amazing. It's affordable, with 22£ you can have the entrance and main, or main and desert, beverage is included, I really recommend this place. PS: the Peroni beer is a good choice. =)

We drive 30 miles based to the Half Moon, partly because we wanted to visit Knarsborough though chose to eat here based on other reviews and we weren't disappointed. Lovely food, traditional surroundings and perfect staff. Not expensive though also not cheap, if you want quality then you have to pay for it. We left very happy customers. Thanks 😀
Excellent food, the boards are delicious (and good value). Locally sourced beer (Roosters YPA is from down the road). Highly recommended!

Myself and my husband went for a drink and decided to eat here too. Food was fantastic and couldn't be faulted. Prices are reasonable, for 3 courses each, 2 pints of coke and a jug of Pimms to share our total bill was £59.45! Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. They also have an extensive Gin menu which I will be going back to try!!
Visited on bank holiday Monday. Although the pub was extremely busy staff were polite and friendly. We were told around an hour and 20 minute wait for food. Which we didn’t mind at all as we were sat outside in the sun. Food arrived well before this time and was delicious! Well done to the bar staff for managing expectations. Lovely spot and a lovely pub! Ooo and a great Gin selection 🍸

Self catering accommodation in a fantastic location near the river
It's a cabin and it's not pretending it's anything different. It was wonderfully quiet in October when we went and is only a 10 min walk from trains, busses and the centre of Knersbourgh.

Good quality. Relaxing in the knowledge that Mrs Tea Leaf & Mr WobbleU were visiting his parents in Netherton so our money was quite safe and under no threat if being scammed.
Lovely B & B. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Karen and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts.

Visited for a short winter break with our doggy friend, Hugo. I had read about the breakfast quality before I booked, and wasn't disappointed. The room, ex stables, was very well kitted out and had a comfy few nights in the bed. Denise was very informative about the the area and obviously has a passion for what she does. As others have mentioned car parking can be tight when full, but manageable. Local transport routes, bus and train, are good if you want to get around without driving.
A lovely place to stay. Very handy for the town centre and the railway station a short walk away. Staff could not have been any more welcoming.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Great site. Quiet, excellent facilities, bistro, serviced pitches well spaced out. Can't fault it. Best CMHC we have found. This is our second visit and we will definitely come back.
A lovely site. All the usual CMHC facilities with the added bonus of a BISTRO. Ideally situated as an overnight stop going up (or down) the A1 and a perfect base for an extended stay visiting Yorkshire's tourist attractions.
