Great service - friendly staff. Had a minor paint scratch job which needed doing and they got it done in a day and a half. Very reasonable costs, and they even offer to deliver the vehicle back to you if you want.

Saw the car of my dreams for a once in a lifetime purchase at Lawton Brook and from the very first phone call, my first visit to the premises to view the car and all subsequent dealings I was welcomed and made to feel like a valued customer. I own a Motorcycle Retail business and the level of customer care I received from Lawton Brook is exactly what I expect my customers to receive from us, excellent in every way. It was a very different experience from some of the other establishments I had been to, no hard sell, no tricky sales tactics just a friendly welcoming experience. Ian and the team have a fantastic selective stock of seriously nice cars at very reasonable prices and I would recommend anyone to give them a call if they have what you are after because you will undoubtedly not deal with a better group of guys. I have purchased several cars from Lawton Brook over the last 7 years and also sold them two, the most recent and an Audi RS6 performance. The deal was very easy to conclude with a fair price given and the car was inspected and collected a few days later. Prior to leaving with the car, the balance had been transferred to my account and all the necessary paperwork signed. All in all a good experience. I can highly recommend Lawton Brook as a very professional dealership of high end quality vehicles.

Location aside - these guys are round the corner from me – I found Chris Gregory when searching for a reputable bodyshop in Yorkshire for some insurance work as I wasn’t keen on the insurers choice of repairer. Chris comes highly rated and with a lot of happy customers; one chap told me Chris was the best painter in the region. Insurance claims processes are always a little frustrating but the team at Chris Gregory gave me an estimate in a couple of days and once approved they had the car booked in a week later and turned around in 4 days. Perfect job replacing front bumper and wing and importantly paint work that is completely indistinguishable from the rest of the car.

First visit here after using Evans Halshaw for main dealer servicing and parts, and the difference is night and day... Helpful staff, all work carried out as requested, frequent updates, car ready on time and the price was spot on - can't ask for more. Looked after by Dale who kept me informed on progress throughout the day and the car was ready on time, including a wash and valet, despite the list of things I'd asked them to do. Own a Vauxhall and need main dealer services? I highly recommend these guys.

Good staff with good prices. Car wash is one of the best for cleaning all parts of the car. Was surprised they let transit vans through as it kept getting stuck. Claims to be totally scratch free, I've had light large scratches on three different size car's on several occasions, sorted with some scratch removal paste but I think they need to change the rollers more often to prevent this.

Bought discount coupons from Groupon as I thought I'd try it as I rarely wash my car. Pretty impressed at the whole process and my car is very grateful! Will definitely use again without coupons.

For the second time I have used Prestige Valeting and have again been delighted with the outcome. The guys at Prestige really try hard to deliver the very best valet and seem to naturally excel at customer service. One day all car valeting companies will be this good. Well done James and the team!

After spending 5 days trying to arrange for my Audi to be valeted I came to the conclusion that the valeting industry is littered with hapless fools who are incapable of doing anything other than washing cars. However, I struck lucky and a friend who is also in the cleaning business recommend a long established business in Knaresborough called Prestige Valeting. This team was utterly professional and in dealing with my booking and when the car was delivered for valeting they seemed fully prepared. The car was booked in for complete top-to-toe valet and late in the afternoon I was sent a text message telling me the exact time the car would be ready. Upon collecting the car I was astounded at the quality of the workmanship - it was outstanding. Scratches had disappeared and some carpets that were badly stained look like new. All in all, the car looks 6 years younger. Great service, great job, great value and highly professional.

Un-vented water cylinder fitted. Professional and helpful advice before fitting with all options explained. The fitting team were excellent, we could not fault them. They were efficient, courteous and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They also did a fantastic job of clearing up afterwards. I only leave reviews when the service received has been really good and this was. Would definitely recommend. Mr and Mrs B Knaresborough.

Rang the company for a service and smoke test for my multi burner. A convenient time was arranged and a price given for the service. The technician was Richard and arrived a little bit early but I was happy with that. He was very chatty, friendly and full of advice on how to make my stove more efficient and cut the costs for the future. I always find the whole team to be very efficient and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they even call round to the office to sort out my problems, if they can't help over the phone. Simply outstanding. We had what we thought was a collapsed sewer. They quickly realised this was not the case (Not an easy task) and sorted out the issue with amazing skill. They did not just go the extra mile they did it with humour & professionalism & at the quoted price. I would recommend them without question.

Chris is an excellent driving instructor who is highly skilled and extremely patient, perfect for when driving doesn't come naturally to you. He's very friendly which put me completely at ease during my lessons and his teaching style is very clear and concise and easy to understand. He was flexible around my work schedule and I passed first time with only a few months of lessons. I would highly recommend him for anyone interested in learning to drive.

Chris Taylor is an amazing driving instructor. He possess so much knowledge and skills in every aspect of driving and he was excellent at putting my mind at ease that I knew before my first lesson was even over that if he couldn't help me pass, no one could. I was severally lacking confidence and normally a nervous wreck when driving under the scrutiny of someone but after the first lesson I was driving with confidence. Chris not only helped me pass my test but I did so with absolutely no faults whatsoever. I am definitely recommending him to everyone looking for a great instructor, especially those who may struggle with nerves when driving or those lacking confidence.

I've been working with Ben Imeson from PlatinumHPL for well over a year now. All I can see is that he offers excellent service, by far the best of any of my suppliers. We use Nicola from PlatinumHPL for all our Graphic Design and her designs are always superb. The team are also very responsive, so a big thanks to Kate, Josh and all the rest of the team. Easy access friendly staff. Good opening hours. What more can you want from a refuse centre. Have just read the reviews of people who don't like the opening hours because they work. Well go at the weekend then they are open all day Saturday and Sunday. I work full time so use the weekend and find it a fantastic facility

People friendly enough but closing at 4pm is early for most people to use during the working week. Hence Saturday and Sunday always busy as is Wetherby road so its adding to the bottleneck, why not spread the load and open later at least during summer. AND closing the entire day Wednesday, what about shifts and having this open 7 days a week afterall its already open on Sundays so they must have a rota in place.

Very friendly and caring. We have used them for over 18 years and have no issues with all the vets.

Everyone very polite and lovely. Graham has been amazing with us and our horses he's very knowledgeable and teaches us along the way so we understand everything going on. He has a dry sense of humour which we all love. What a great guy to have around. We also met huw today who was equally lovely. Receptionist is very quick to get things sorted at the last minute. I have zero complaints and today was a big day. Lots of teeth. Lots of injections. We have a huge amount of animals and with that comes cost yes but I don't think it's too expensive for what's done and the time and care it takes to keep them healthy. Thanks guys :)
