Helpful staff, all work carried out as requested, frequent updates, car ready on time and the price was spot on - can't ask for more. Looked after by Dale who kept me informed on progress throughout the day and the car was ready on time, including a wash and valet, despite the list of things I'd asked them to do. Own a Vauxhall and need main dealer services? I highly recommend these guys.

Very impressed with James Craven and Carl at Stoneacre Harrogate. Professional, polite and really helpful. Made a nice change to find salesmen who actually listened to the customer. They answered all my (many) questions to help me make an informed choice. Delighted with my new car and I feel I had good service and got a good deal. Very pleased with the whole experience. James Craven was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. He had a thorough grasp of the car he was selling (3008) and could answer all the questions confidently and in detail. The idea of having a test drive without a salesperson talking to you all the time is a good one. Would not hesitate recommending James or Stoneacre. They try very hard to please the customer and succeed.

When getting my ds4 I had great customer service by chris and the team. Not only helping me with getting the right car for me but giving me a great reccomendation which i couldn't be anymore thankful for especially for me and my partner who encountered a mess up from (stoneacre Harrogate) when buying a Ds4 from them. Once we figured out something was wrong, We went to citroen once again chris and the team was really good with us sitting us down and basically telling us we have been robbed blind. Not pushing any sales with us. But guiding us with everything. Due to this myself and my partner have bought 2 cars from them. WELL DONE GUYS!! Saw the car of my dreams for a once in a lifetime purchase at Lawton Brook and from the very first phone call, my first visit to the premises to view the car and all subsequent dealings I was welcomed and made to feel like a valued customer. I own a Motorcycle Retail business and the level of customer care I received from Lawton Brook is exactly what I expect my customers to receive from us, excellent in every way. It was a very different experience from some of the other establishments I had been to, no hard sell, no tricky sales tactics just a friendly welcoming experience. Ian and the team have a fantastic selective stock of seriously nice cars at very reasonable prices and I would recommend anyone to give them a call if they have what you are after because you will undoubtedly not deal with a better group of guys. Oh, and my Aston Martin Vantage V8 is everything I ever dreamed about, and more! Thanks guys.

I have purchased several cars from Lawton Brook over the last 7 years and also sold them two, the most recent and an Audi RS6 performance. The deal was very easy to conclude with a fair price given and the car was inspected and collected a few days later. Prior to leaving with the car, the balance had been transferred to my account and all the necessary paperwork signed. All in all a good experience. I can highly recommend Lawton Brook as a very professional dealership of high end quality vehicles.

Main dealer prices but very helpful

New look co-op shop and petrol. Good choice of products in the shop and slightly more expensive for the convenience. Forecourt still a bit cramped. New ATM. All in all very good for bits you have forgotten in your main weekly shop

It can get busy at times but I like the card payments at the fuelling station. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices per litre are always much cheaper than the rest of the area.

I have been buying tyres from them for years and always been impressed with fast service and good prices. I called for an Mot test and they changed a light bulb and found a puncture which was all done in 90 minutes. Brilliant will start using them for servicing as well.

From the initial contact until the completing of the job, Alex was thoroughly helpful - offering realistic advice rather than trying to sell his services and maximise profit. Wonderful little shop and very attentive staff. Recently dealt with The Crystal Buddha via Facebook Messenger with quick and helpful responses, even on bank holiday Monday! Had an anklet made up for my mother with arthritis which arrived really quickly and was beautiful, and have already made another order. Beautiful pieces and lovely staff. Thank you.

A lovely little gift shop which is sadly tucked slightly out of the way of the town on Kirkgate, so is probably missed by many. It is worth walking down Kirkgate and using Gallon Steps to get to the river and dropping in - hand made gifts, all kinds of special little things. Go see it!

Spa Cycles are brilliant. I bought a carbon bike from them and loved it. Unfortunately there was an inherent frame fault that cause the gear cable to kink after a while. Spa Cycles recalled these and gave me a generous discount on a new titanium bike that they allowed me to claim ages later. I built a new bike with the parts from the old bike and so now have two super bikes. I always find them helpful and knowledgeable. It is when there is a problem that you find out who really gives good service. Thank you Spa.

I bought a couple of tyres from them online. They were very helpful when an issue arose and went above and beyond to ensure I was ready to set off on a 6 month cycle tour to India - Thank-you!

Excellent service at this shop located just off the Nidd Green way. If your passing, they offer an area to get a coffee and a sit down, out of the saddle with genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bike servicing is quick, efficient and cost effective, with their special safety check free of charge. I had my bike serviced there recently, and after I picked it back up from them, it felt like a new bike. Extra parts my bike needed, were quickly identified and I was informed before the extra costs where raised. A fast turn around service from Veloheads. They also offer a range of courses that are well worth thinking about, from riding skills to Maintenance of bikes. Highly recommended.

I had my bikes serviced by Veloheads, thanks in part to their promotion. I found the service to be a very good quality as it left my bikes feeling like new again. I was very impressed with the set up that they have, it is all geared towards bike servicing rather than being a shop. It is quite well tucked away in Starbeck but well worth a visit. Carl is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quite happy to chat with me about all sorts and offered tips and advice on cleaning and general upkeep of road bikes. He can't do enough and kept me in the loop regarding the status of my bikes. Carl was also quite happy for me to order in my components and fit them as part of the service. In short, Veloheads provided excellent services for my bikes at very competitive prices and the staff were very keen, attentive and willing to offer advice and tips when asked. I will be returning in the future.

Bought a KTM Ventura 2 years ago, and never looked back really. Initially spent a couple of hours with Tony trying out different bikes, lots of information and attempting the crazy hills in Knaresborough convinced me to take the plunge. The bike has had only the most trivial issues in the 2 years, but Tony offers almost 24/7 after sales support/advice, the latest and most 'serious' being a complete brake pad replacement and hydraulic service with next to no notice on a bank holiday Sunday - Very highly recommend.

Been to this bike shop today. Tony was brilliant! He spent two hours with my hubby and I. He explained all the different models really well. He took us out for a test ride and was so passionate and knowledgable about e bikes. A real specialist. Really impressed. No hard sell just great service and advice. Thanks you Tony. 5 stars.

Pleasant enough visit apart from someone's. choice of music in the ears. If I want to hear music I'll put the radio on,I don't want it inflicted on me when shopping.

There was a technical issue today with the system and I couldn't get the item I had reserved but the staff did everything they could to resolve the issue and were helpful and supportive as there were local road closures and I got stuck in the retail park becoming late to pick up my son through backed up traffic. The staff helped me avoid a very stressful situation in the heat by just being kind. Top employees and a credit to the company.

Always a positive experience here, you may have to wait but there is an efficient queuing system on the electronic read out. I suggest buying online and collecting as this is much quicker, you can (where eligible) buy items on eBay and collect from this store. Staff seem pretty fed up though, unsure if working conditions play a role. Shop is clean and well laid out with the usual argos magazine layout so you can select products as per normal. This shop has the electronic order points as well if you don't like the magazines where you can order and pay at as well as the normal counters. Parking is free as this shop sits within a retail park, and is most quiet near this shop as it gets busy near the McDonald's end of the place.

We bought our Bramblecrest garden furniture from Moorlands Nurseries.It was delivered, all put together and all the rubbish taken away.Unfortunately we noticed a small mark on one of the cushions(must have been at the factory as it was under the plastic wrapper.No problem ! I was offered a brand new cushion "TO BE DELIVERED IN PERSON THE NEXT DAY!!!! .From Harrogate to York just for a cushion. I would not accept that as we were passing the garden centre the next weekend and could collect it then. It was there waiting for me along with apologies for the inconvenience, even though it was not there fault. All I can say is what Great service and the after sales service is second to none !!! This is the best company I have ever dealt with.!!! The table and chairs are fantastic and have been well used. Thanks for all the help and excellent service Nigel and Lynda from York

I can't recommend this place highly enough. Whether it be an inexpensive jewellery repair or a bespoke, hand made ring costing thousands, the service is great and very friendly. It's a modern and professionally run business with a highly experienced, good old fashioned working jeweller at it's heart. The proprietor instills total confidence, he's highly experienced, knows what he's doing and provides advice you can rely upon. This place is a bit of a find, there is no way I'll shop at any of the large high street chain jewellers ever again!

We had considered buying online, but went to view the great selection they had on display. We we soon convinced that ordering direct was the best way, and so it proved.

I must admit I've never visited one of these shops before I was pleasantly surprised The range of clothes they keep is massive Children right through to adult there's Furniture fixtures and fittings all very reasonable in price you perhaps can't find the colour or size but you can certainly find an alternative

We picked up Charlie the Hamster today from Petscorner in Harrogate. The staff were really nice and friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They gave us lots of advise on how to look after him. We loved the fact that all the Hamsters are ethically reared and that they don't make any profit on them. My daughter cannot wait until she can get him out after the 24 hr settling in time!

I’ve been coming to pets corner Harrogate since the day that it opened. I have always been made to feel very welcome but the staff and my dogs have always been treated like they are the most important people in the world. Even when harness fitting a sleeping puppy! Their puppy hour is fabulous fun for the dogs and mine have never wanted to go home afterward! My only negative which I hope does not take away from the fabulous work which the staff do is recently, in the warm weather the shop has been incrediably warm and often at a very uncomfortable temperature for staff, customers and dogs.

I have never given a review before, but having just purchased my Cobra from UK Sports & Prestige, I simply have to comment here, to say how wonderful the whole experience was. Ashley took very good care of me, arranging t have me collected from the Station, then going through the car in the finest detail with me in his immaculate facilities, openly and without any pressure whatsoever. Following an already extensive test drive, Ashley noticed we were low on fuel and asked if I would like to head back to his facilities, to refuel and go out again! How could I refuse!? :) Then, after a very pleasant and unhurried discussion, we agreed on terms and I now have a wonderful 7.0ltr Cobra in my garage at home.
